У 2025 році бібліотека Київського столичного університету імені Бориса Грінченка долучилася до реалізації міжнародного проєкту INNBI – Initiation of a network of national bibliometric infrastructures («Ініціювання мережі національних бібліометричних інфраструктур») як один із ключових виконавців. Проєкт підтримано Федеральним міністерством освіти і досліджень Німеччини (BMBF), а його координатором виступає Німецький центр досліджень вищої освіти та науки (DZHW).

До складу міжнародного консорціуму також входять:

• Інститут проблем інформатики та автоматизації НАН Республіки Вірменія (Єреван, Вірменія)
• Інститут науково-технічної інформації (Тбілісі, Грузія)
• Інститут розвитку інформаційного суспільства (Кишинів, Молдова)

Мета проєкту – створення мережі національних бібліометричних інфраструктур, яка дозволить ефективно обмінюватися даними, підготовленими з урахуванням локальної експертизи. Це важливий крок до формування децентралізованої міжнародної бази бібліометричних даних, що відображає реальну картину національних наукових систем. Завдяки децентралізованому підходу буде забезпечено нову якість даних, яка враховує специфіку кожної країни та сприяє зміцненню міжнародної наукової співпраці.

Проєкт триватиме до 31 жовтня 2025 року. У його межах передбачено створення технічної та соціальної інфраструктури для мережевої взаємодії, стандартизацію даних, а також пілотування міжнародного обміну бібліометричною інформацією, зібраною з урахуванням національного контексту.

Ця ініціатива є важливим кроком до посилення академічного суверенітету України, інтеграції до Європейського дослідницького простору та підвищення міжнародної видимості української науки.

Для бібліотеки нашого університету участь у проєкті INNBI – це визнання нашого досвіду у сфері відкритої науки, наукометрії та підтримки дослідників, а також можливість долучитися до формування нових стандартів оцінювання наукової діяльності в європейському академічному просторі.

The Borys Grinchenko University Library joins the international INNBI project supported by the German government

In 2025, the Borys Grinchenko Kyiv Metropolitan University Library joined the implementation of the international project INNBI – Initiation of a Network of National Bibliometric Infrastructures as one of its key partners. The project is funded by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research of Germany (BMBF) and coordinated by the German Centre for Higher Education Research and Science Studies (DZHW, Germany).

The international consortium also includes:

• Institute for Informatics and Automation Problems of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Armenia (Yerevan, Armenia)
• Scientific and Technical Information Institute (Tbilisi, Georgia)
• Institute for the Development of the Information Society (Chișinău, Moldova)

The aim of the INNBI project is to establish a network of national bibliometric infrastructures that enables the exchange of data enhanced by national expertise. This is a crucial step toward the development of a decentralized international bibliometric database, one that reflects the realities of national research systems and improves overall data quality. The decentralized approach – grounded in local knowledge – ensures the production of more accurate, context-sensitive data and fosters international cooperation.

The project will run until October 31, 2025. During this time, participating institutions will work on building both technical and social infrastructure for collaboration, harmonizing data standards, and piloting the international exchange of bibliometric information rooted in national contexts.

This initiative marks a significant contribution to strengthening Ukraine’s academic sovereignty, facilitating integration into the European Research Area, and increasing the global visibility of Ukrainian science.

For the Grinchenko University Library, participation in the INNBI project is a recognition of its expertise in open science, bibliometrics, and research support, as well as an opportunity to contribute to shaping new standards for research assessment in the European research landscape.

Die Universitätsbibliothek ist Schlüsselpartner im internationalen Projekt INNBI mit Unterstützung der Bundesregierung Deutschlands

Im Jahr 2025 ist die Bibliothek der Borys-Grinchenko-Hauptstadtuniversität Kiew als einer der Hauptakteure dem internationalen Projekt INNBI – Initiierung eines Netzwerks nationaler bibliometrischer Infrastrukturen beigetreten. Das Projekt wird vom Bundesministerium für Bildung und Forschung (BMBF) gefördert und vom Deutsche Zentrum für Hochschul- und Wissenschaftsforschung (DZHW) koordiniert.

Zum internationalen Konsortium gehören außerdem:

• Institut für Informatik und Automatisierung der Nationalen Akademie der Wissenschaften der Republik Armenien (Jerewan, Armenien)
• Institut für Wissenschafts- und Technikinformation (Tiflis, Georgien)
• Institut für die Entwicklung der Informationsgesellschaft (Chișinău, Moldawien)

Ziel des Projekts ist der Aufbau eines Netzwerks nationaler bibliometrischer Infrastrukturen, das den Austausch von mit nationaler Expertise angereicherten Daten ermöglicht. Dies ist ein wichtiger Schritt hin zur Entwicklung einer dezentralen internationalen bibliometrischen Datenbank, die die tatsächlichen Gegebenheiten nationaler Wissenschaftssysteme besser widerspiegelt. Der dezentrale Ansatz, der auf lokaler Expertise basiert, gewährleistet eine höhere Datenqualität und fördert die internationale Zusammenarbeit.

Das Projekt läuft bis zum 31. Oktober 2025. In dieser Zeit arbeiten die Partnerinstitutionen am Aufbau einer technischen und sozialen Infrastruktur für die Netzwerkkooperation, an der Harmonisierung von Datenstandards sowie an der Erprobung des internationalen Austauschs bibliometrischer Informationen unter Berücksichtigung nationaler Kontexte.

Diese Initiative ist ein bedeutender Beitrag zur Stärkung der akademischen Souveränität der Ukraine, zur Integration in den Europäischen Forschungsraum und zur Erhöhung der internationalen Sichtbarkeit ukrainischer Wissenschaft.

Für die Universitätsbibliothek stellt die Teilnahme am Projekt INNBI eine Anerkennung ihrer Expertise in den Bereichen Open Science, Bibliometrie und Forschungsunterstützung dar – sowie eine wertvolle Möglichkeit, an der Gestaltung neuer Standards für die Bewertung wissenschaftlicher Leistungen im Europäischen Forschungsraum mitzuwirken.
